Returns & Refunds

If something does not fit or is not what you expected, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

What can be returned

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, stains and pet hair, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been worn, altered or washed.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@maycemen.com with your order number and which item you are returning.
  2. We reply within 1 business day with the correct return address and instructions. Please do not ship anything back before you get those instructions — an unannounced return cannot be matched to an order, and our business address is not a returns address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — in those cases we cover it.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. How quickly the amount shows on your statement after that depends on your bank or card issuer. Shipping was free, so the full item price is refunded.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. That way the size you want is not sold out while the return is in transit.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping, with no need to argue about it.

Cancelling an order

We can cancel an order free of charge within 12 hours of it being placed, as long as it has not entered fulfillment. Email us as soon as possible. Once a parcel is with the carrier it has to be handled as a return.

Non-returnable

Final sale items, if any, are clearly marked as such on the product page. Gift cards are not returnable. Everything else is returnable under this policy.
