1. Overview

This website is operated by Mayce LLC, doing business as Mayce Men ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting maycemen.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these terms.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method you use is your own and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products, colors and availability

We work to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows a color exactly as it appears in person. Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly between units. We may limit quantities, discontinue a product or correct a listing at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and errors

All prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. Prices may change at any time before an order is placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even if the order has already been confirmed.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email means we received it, not that we accepted it. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, that exceed reasonable quantities for personal use, or that we cannot fulfill. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the cards and wallets shown at checkout. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
